I've been using Arthurs Hill dentists for around 4-5 years. I've had nothing but great experiences with them and the staff have been very friendly understanding. The only issue I have that prevents me giving 5 stars is that well over 50% of the time there seems to be nobody there to answer the phone :/ If you have the patience to keep calling, you can get great dentistry here :D
After 3 months waiting for a appoiment ( when it should have take 2) I pop in and ask if they was gonna give me one... Staff very rude saying that still is lots of people waiting and that I can call to the 111. When I called they gave me an appoiment on the same dentist. 2 min appoiment that didn t solve my problem 21 quid! Unhelpfull staff and nonefficient procedure... I won t be back
My two visits for treatment were far better than I expected. Ileana had a great chair side manor, she was constantly aware of what sensations I might be experiencing by the few facial giveaways, explained what was happening throughout the procedures and was even overly apologetic when she needed to perform tasks that were uncomfortable or long. I would recommend this dental practice 100%, & believe me, I am terrified of dentists!! Ileana (dentist) & Laura (nurse) made my visit today the best experience I have ever had with this type of thing. I had an awful time with sadistic old-school dentists growing up (I am now in my 40s), & it definitely stuck with me. However, Ileana & Laura were so kind & gentle that my faith in dentists has now been restored. Throughout the fixing of my tooth & scale/polish of all teeth, they were so very gentle, patient & kind & I felt at ease. If you also fear this kind of thing, then I am sure you will have the best possible care, understanding & quality of dentistry you have ever experienced!!
