Hilary is a lovely teacher, encouraging and informative. The Pilates Studio IOW and Hilary's expertise have made a real difference to the strength of my back. I wouldnt be without her or Pilates now!
Hilary really knows what she is doing, I have been a dance teacher for over 30 years and dancing for over 50, she has the knowledge and expertise to keep my body going. I am very fussy about who I let loose on my body, but I hope Hilary will be around for the next 30 years to help keep me on the dance floor!!
