Was holidaying in shanklin and came across this wonderful pub on the edge of the town. Me and my partner loved the place. The landlord seems very well respected in the area, the locals we spoke to couldn't praise him enough. He has obviously worked very hard to get this place the way it is. Will definitely return again when visiting the isle of Wight.
Best pub in Shanklin by a mile. Superb renovated pub, good beer especially XPA. Friendly locals and comfortable inside. Missing it already!! Locals place where everyone behaves and is very friendly, especially Bailey!!
