I have a fond memory of coming to this place as a young boy with my family whilst on holiday and was surprised to see it was still open as many fish and chip shop type takeaways have now disappeared, even more surprised to see it was still in business when theres a Dominos next door now! However had a lovely double cheeseburger and chips. Pricing does seem a little too high though.

Tasteless lukewarm saveloy and chips were cooked in old fat, bits of black on them. Hubby had pastie which was obviously nuked as not in cabinet. Only got a star as server polite enough. Waste of money.
Just wanted chips so made the mistake of calling here.The chips were barely warm and dry, as if they had been reheated. When they added the salt and vinegar, the vinegar was sprayed onto the chips and the salt seemed , as did we, to avoid the bulk of the chips altogether. This is an establishment that I will not be visiting again and would not advise anyone else to either.
Ordered a cheese burger with fries. The burger came without cheese, no salad, only stuffed with onions.The taste of the meat was funny, was not fresh at all. I couldnt even eat more than the half of the portion.While waiting, I observed the workers preparing the food orders with bare hands after touching money.
